Scientific meeting in Physical Education

Our School participated in a scientific meeting, which organized by the Hellenic Union in Physical Education, which focused on the necessity of PE in primary and secondary education (Athens, 29/3/2014). The participation was comprised of a lecture and a dance-gymnastic program. More specifically, Dr Nikos Digelidis, assistant professor, spoke about “the significance and the role of P.E. in the contemporary school”, while the Indoor Recreation Activities unit of our School, captured in a motor way the values and the goals of PE under the direction of Dr Elisana Pollatou, assistant professor, & Mrs. Nadia Karadimou, member of the special educational staff.
